By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Explain the basics of menstruation, the menstrual cycle and common menstrual health conditions
Recognise how menstrual health symptoms can affect attendance, performance, concentration, confidence and engagement at work
Identify when additional support may be needed, and understand when to involve HR, occupational health or other workplace support services
Apply practical and reasonable workplace adjustments to support employees experiencing menstrual health difficulties
Respond confidently and appropriately to inappropriate comments, behaviours and stigma surrounding menstrual health
Conduct supportive, psychologically safe conversations with team members
Use the LEADERS framework to embed menstrual health support into everyday management practice and team culture
