Change Champions: Creating Menopause-Inclusive Workplaces is an interactive digital course designed to equip workplace advocates with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to drive meaningful cultural change. The course focuses on breaking down stigma, raising awareness, and embedding menopause support into workplace wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Recognise menopause as a workplace inclusion issue and understand their role in normalising open, supportive conversations
Explain what menopause is, including its stages, symptoms, and physical, emotional, and psychological impacts
Understand how menopause can affect wellbeing, performance, team dynamics, and retention
Identify and respond to diverse menopause experiences in the workplace using an inclusive, person-centred approach
Define the responsibilities of a Change Champion and act as a trusted advocate for colleagues
Offer practical, stigma-free support by knowing what to say, what to avoid, and how to signpost appropriate resources
Contribute to cultural change by challenging myths, breaking taboos, and embedding menopause awareness into everyday workplace practice
